1. Pre-use inspection

Check tyres, forks, mast chains, hydraulic leaks, horn, lights and seat belt before every shift. Record on the FL checklist.

Required reading. Audience: Operations · Chonburi Plant. Acknowledge by 15 Nov 2026.

2. Load handling

Never exceed the rated capacity plate. Travel with forks 15–20 cm above ground, mast tilted back.

3. Pedestrian zones

Maximum 8 km/h inside the warehouse; stop and sound horn at every blind corner and crossing.
